To give a job applicant special consideration because he described his current job as "Goram" and called the job he would be doing with us as "shiny"?

I almost burst out laughing at the interview, which would not have been nice for the guy I'm sure, a real knock to his ego

He's not the most qualified person for the job, but that can just mean that he hasn't had a chance to garner any negative baggage or habits.

The way his hair was styled, he looked a bit "alliance" i.e. more gel than is strictly legal in any country on Earth.

He looked a bit more like a reaver (unfortunately) probably a victim of bad teenage acne.
