Hey, isn't that the Hellraiser puzzle box?

Grr, reading that it looks like the only way to get the bonus disc is to spend $200.

This clicky says the S5 DVD in the US is a 4 disc set.

This one says the UK S5 set has 6 discs.

Is it a typo or are those precious extras on the UK set ? :ponder:

:ponder: Intriguing. Maybe they're just going on previous seson boxsets, not realising that there are fewer eps in season 5 so maybe it is a typo

Compared to how excited I was this time last year about the season 4 dvd release date, I'm a bit underwhelmed about seeing season 5. Having been completely spoiled for the entire season (even the finale, because I couldn't wait to find out what happened  ), I don't like the sound of some of the storylines and I'm not sure I want to see it now :ermm: . I will buy it and watch it though, but I'm just not as excited as I was with previous seasons which is a shame because Alias is one of my favourite shows :tear:

I`m buying it to complete my collection, and because there were a couple of episodes which were okay, ie, they had people in them who I liked. :whistling:

I`m assuming that the new Alias magazine ( which should be out soon  ) will have details of the UK DVD set. :)

I`d like to say that Season 5 wasn`t as bad as you`ve heard. Sadly, for me, it just didn`t live up to the other seasons. :(

little pixie - July 30, 2006 01:08 PM (GMT)
Well, I`ve ordered the huge box set, `cos I am a complete mug. It doesn`t come out until 21st November and the UK Fifth Season comes out about a month earlier, so I`ll wait to see what our version is like for extras - I can always cancel the US one then.

Not sure if I`ll get the big box or not, but ordering at this stage means that I`ll be on the list for it - they`re only producing 40,000 of them .

I'm looking forward to this as much as I looked forward to S4 last year, which isn't as much as the previous 3 seasons but having not seen any of S5 and staying relatively spoiler free I'm begining to get excited.

Yay, I should have saved up some pennies by then :D

I managed to catch a few episodes of season 5 on Bravo last Sunday (because NTL have now included Bravo in the cheapo cable package  ) and I have to say it was much better than I expected so I'm looking forward to seeing the whole season now.

Don`t get distracted by cut-price handbags in the meantime. :whistling:

Can you recall which eps you managed to see ? :D

Episodes 7-11 :) I really enjoyed them. I'll probably watch the rest of season 5 on Bravo seeing as I've got it now
