Not many details though.

I liked the exra scenes in the directors cut and obviously loved the removal of the happy ending but at the same time felt the voiceovers did add something. I wonder if this "definitive" one is a hybrid.

I think I'll just buy the limited release directors cut - DVD bonus features usually don't appeal to me unless its Kevin Smith films.

The limited release they're talking about is just a rerelease of the original Directors cut DVD from 1997 that has since been deleted.

The other when it's released will have 4 versions of the film - original cinema release, the Directors cut, Directors cut european version (not exactly sure what that is) and the new Final cut.

I like Blade Runner.....I do....but for crying out loud how many versions do you need!!!!

We even getting to the stage whereby people have no clue what particular versions are....

Now please move onto a film series that needs a directors cut.....STAR WARS....but PLEASE with a different director.....

(Preferably one who understands that if Greedo shot first Han should in fact be dead!, and one who understands that we don't need to see Darth Vader returning to his star destoyer after the fight with Luke at Bespin, and the fact that at the end of Jedi, either make all the ghosts of the Jedi's from the prequel or from the original trilogy not a mis-mash of both)

And someone who can make the prequel films better by making them all over again and cutting out some character (Ja Ja Binks) and actually finding someone who can act to play Anakin.
