There have been lots of problems reported on server 7 these past couple of days and as a result the nice techy people over at invision headquarters are planning a large hardware upgrade (or so they tell me :unsure:) during the early hours of Saturday morning, this will last for approximately four hours so the board will be completely off line during that time...

Until then there's not much we can do but sit around dwidling out thumbs and putting up with it i'm afraid :ermm:

But after this upgrade has been done everything should be back to normal :)

A whole 4 hours without the boards I could get withdrawl symptoms :fear: as sad as this make me I spend most of my life here.

I guess most of us always log on from the same computers......(normally home one and w**k one) so we have the page bookmarked.........with you logging on from whatevers available at the library or 'Cafe' that isnt really an option..... :ponder: Unfortunately the Culttvboards.co.uk has always been problematic......(I gave up on it ages ago :shrug: ) suprised you havnt had problems before now...... :o

Is there a problem with the board at the mo.....or is it just me........ :(

I can log in....access the lounge....and I can see other people have posted on various threads......but if I try to access any thread (apart from 'Word association' for some odd reason) I can only see yesterdays posts and it hangs my internet session................

I tried to get in from home that night and everything worked fine.....so next day at work I deleted all the cookies on my PC for the board and started from scratch......no idea if thats what fixed it.........James said he was going to take a look too......but everythings been fine since........ :thumbsup:

Is there a server problem or something......? The board seems very slow and none of the Smilies, Banners, or icons seem to be loading. I was having the same problem on my laptop at home last night but thought it was just my crappy laptop.......but my work PC is having exactly the same problem....

The only common thing I can think of is that my Laptop at home is set to dump all temp internet files/cookie at logoff.......and I cleared all of the temp internet files/cookies out from my work PC last night before I went home.......and did I say Hmmmmmmmm

Maria when I'm not using my home computer and want to find this site I just enter my user name into google. I know there must be a number Maria's listed on google whereas not so many buffy_fan1's but you could try Maria Cult TV Boards and see if that works.
