At long last, my first-time round chum is back from China, caught up with life AND appeased the cat. Now he's back into his Angel first time progress and I get the fun of his comments. Last night; "not that I'm complaining, but it's getting silly". Tactful inquiries...baby Connor has his hockey jumper etc, Lilah has changed her hair again (did I mention he's an excellent representative of New Manhod?)...and etiquette prevented me saying much more than 'mutter mutter, you think it's getting silly NOW...?cough-splutter'. We have agreed that silliness has been earned and is allowable under extreme circumstances, ie when the writers can't help themselves... but I'm looking forward to very high phone bills over the next few weeks as we compare notes....
