Stardate: Unknown Sisko orders Kira to teach Damar and his troops resistance tactics. Bashir asks for Odo's help in a new medical treatment, as a result of which he discovers that Odo is infected with the disease killing the founders. Gowron overthrows Martok's command of Klingon forces. Kai Winn continues to search for a way of revealing the text in the Kosst Amojan, a sacred text that contains the secret of releasing the Pah-wraiths, if the writing can be revealed. Bashir suspects Section 31 of creating and releasing the Founder's virus.
Another decent episode with a lot going on :)
Bashir asking Odo for 'a cup of goo' starts out as an amusing situation but quickly gets more serious when he realises Odo is infected by the founders disease. Like the way that Kira is sent to train the cardassians, something that is clearly uncomfortable for both sides and that almost despite himself Damar follows her advise even when initially opposed to it. We also start to see some early signs of Damar going from relatively undefined bad guy to someone a bit more interesting.
Can't remember if it's this one where Bashir has trouble getting Odos medical file from Starfleet but assuming it is the dark undertones of Starfleet holding on to the file to prevent a cure add further tension as does the disappointment/shock when Bashir finally gets his hands on the file only to realise that it's been faked, confirming his suspicions that Section 31 may be involved.
