Following on from the Star-fury's topic in the Lounge, I was just about to report that Amazon have Seasons 1-6 of the X-Files back at £12.97 again, (I ordered most of them at that price this morning) but now they have gone back up to £27.99! Ah well....:shrug:

There`s a free Donnie Darko DVD with next ( 19th Feb ) Sunday`s Times. :)

I think there was something about it being the director`s cut or coming with some extras. :unsure:

Pity, the original cut of Donnie Darko is the better version.

Had another look in the paper, it says it`s the Director`s cut, with extra - never before seen- footage. :)

Not strictly true as I think most if not all of the extra stuff was in the deleted scenes on the original DVD :unsure:

I ordered Season 7 from a company called starfeatures.com I orderd them on the 4th January. They don't answer their emails or their answer phone. They had all season up for £30, the site looked legit and they stated they do conventions. I guess i should have been weary with them being so cheap.

To be honest I've never heard of them before. I've had a look at their terms and conditions and if I were you I would cancel your order demanding your money back as soon as possible (assuming they've taken your money). It might be advisable to go down to your bank and tell them the situation. They may be able to help you charge back your money quicker? I'm not particularly well upon banks and the like, maybe another forum member better advice about this.

Ouch. That sort of thing happened to me over a year ago by a company called Softwarexpress.co.uk. If you can't contact them, definitely contact your bank to look into it. Also check out blagger.com incase others have had similar problems.

If I didn't already have season 1 - 5 plus the movies box-set I would definitely consider this. Apart from being an absolute bargain it is a very nice looking set :thumbsup:
