Title: Ipod Help

Anyone know how to unfreeze an ipod :unsure:
It's frozen in the middle of a song, with no volume, and will not respond to turning off, or to the itunes software on my laptop. It's bloody infuriating :shrug:

My Zen has a little hole you stick a paper clip in to do a reset - maybe an IPod has something similar?
What was the song - maybe its a taste issue? :)

Isn't there a way of resetting it by switching the hold button on and off then holding down the menu button, oslt? Sorry, Lisa, I've only had mine since Christmas so I'm really not sure :shrug:

I'd tried all the different holding down key sequences already.
I think it's a bit f**ked, I've only had it since November :rolleyes:
