I settled down to watch the frst episode of Invasion a little while ago only to find the sever with all my recent downloads was dead. I thought I'd be okay as it has a seperate small system HD to go with the big data ones. Sure enough Primary master was MIA.

Opened it up and did the exact equivalent of the classic male car trick of opening the bonnet and pushing the leads of the distributor in ie I unplugged the power and data connector and then plugged them back in - it worked :thumbsup:

I hate to think what PC world would charge a "innocent" for that.

Went in for an IDE cable recently (rounded of course B) ) and glanced at their price board, for a serious in-depth solution such as yours, you're looking at upwards of £30 :rolleyes: and I think I heard somewhere that if the problem is a serious one they charge by the hour on top of that? :o
