Star Trek topped the poll of more than 1,000 TV fans, commissioned by Home Media Networks, just beating Buffy the Vampire Slayer to the top spot :lol: . The sitcom Friends came third in the survey, followed closely by Fawlty Towers. Seinfeld, The A-Team, Only Fools and Horses, Red Dwarf, Tomorrow's World, The Avengers, and Cheers all won places in the list of top 20 most missed programmes. |

| Star Trek is 'most missed' series Sci-fi series Star Trek is the show most people want to see returned to their TV screens, a survey has found. Originally broadcast in the US in 1966, it topped a poll of more than 1,000 viewers commissioned by UK interactive TV firm Home Media Networks. Buffy the Vampire Slayer was second, followed by Friends. Star Trek's latest spin-off TV series, Enterprise, was axed in February following poor ratings. MOST MISSED TV SERIES 1. Star Trek 2.
