| Daniel, I've had a quick look into this. I don't have broadband so don't use Xbox Live, but everything I've read regarding the top up cards applies to the 360 only. Basically you need a Gold subscription to play games on Live, then you can buy top up cards for "Microsoft Points" which act as currency on the Live marketplace and allow you to download various things, like arcade games, extra levels, skins, demos etc. I'm assuming this is the reason for it being 360-only - you wouldn't be able to use any of that content on the original Xbox. Of course, I could be talking complete bollocks, never having used the service myself, so you may want to ask in store. There's more info here. |
