Hi guys I'm have a problem with Amazon.co.uk I tried to buy a book from Market Place but I recieved an email from Amazon to say my credit card had been declined <_< I have checked with my bank and they say there is no problem with the card. Amazon said I should try to complete the transaction with a different card which I did then I got another email to sale there records showed I already bought this item from the seller so they assumed it was a mistake and cancelled it. Since then I've looked at they "Help" section and followed all the links but I can't find a page where I can send them an email to tell them what has happen and ask for advice?
Any ideas :stoopid:
