Thierry Henry scored his 186th goal for Arsenal this week to break Ian Wright's club record and become the Gunners' all-time top-scorer.
But what about the other 19 teams in the Premiership?

Can you name the record goalscorers for the following clubs?

I got 12.

I knew a couple of the obscure ones but got a couple of guesses right. I'm very surprised Traitor Charlton outscored Denis Law.

Wasn't Charlton there longer than Law though. Law went to Man City and ended up sending them down IIRC.

Yeah the twat was there for decades but I thought as a "midfielder" he would only have score 10/15 a year max whereas Law was a 25/30 man.

That's a myth; they would have gone down anyway because of other results :) (although I suppose he didn't know that when he scored :)

8! I guessed all but two of them

Cardelia - October 20, 2005 10:24 PM (GMT)
Simon Garner? He came down to play for us about 10 years ago - I think he managed 2 games before being locked up. His autobiography is supposed to be interesting reading. I had no idea he was Blackburn's top scorer though.

I got 10, some of them I just had no idea on.

Simon Garner scored against us in the playoffs the year they went up. Didn't think he'd scored more than Shearer though. Obviously he did

Stewie Griffin - October 20, 2005 11:52 PM (GMT)
11 for me, although there were more than a few guesses involved! :D
