Title: Batman The Animated Series

Not sure if this has been mentioned elsewhere...
I noticed while I was in HMV yesterday that the complete season 1 box set has finally been released on region 2 dvd - but it's an HMV exclusive (if the sticker on the box is to be believed). Price: £29.99.
Can't recommend it highly enough

In a similar vein, and I know James has mentioned this before (but I couldn't remember where for the life of me  ), the second volume of
Superman The Animated Series is released on r1 dvd on 06/12/05

Steve, you're a git :p
When you first started this thread I clenched my fists and convinced myself that I wouldn't buy the Batman set.
Now, just when I'd gotten it out of my system you've bumped it to the top again !!
My resistance has crumbled, my willpower evapourated. I'll be buying it tomorrow...... :ph43r:

Git
Did you get yours online or instore Steve ?
I've noticed that the prices often vary between the two.

I got mine on region 1 a few months back, but I saw this r2 version in HMV the other day and it was the same price as online, £29.99 :)
Thing is, though, you can get the r1 version cheaper (for instance, it's £25.99
here) and the box is a bit more classy - it's kind of embossed, no idea what the proper term for it is
Plus there are two more volumes already available on r1, with the final volume arriving on 6th December as well
Not that I'm trying to encourage you, of course, and I imagine you already knew all of that :whistling: :ph43r: :shifty:

 I did :)
I've already got them all on DVD-rip, but the sets look superb, plus it's one I've wanted for ages.
We're in town tomorrow so I'll see what happens..... :whistling:
