Where there many people in the cinema you went to see it at? There were probably only about 20 in ours, and on opening night too! However, it was a 7.45 showing, but the last one of the night at Stockport.

I would say only about 15 in ours but it was 11.05am and everyone was in early, I'm sure they were Browncoats especially as they were all adults.

I was disappointed that there was not one poster or standee for the film. The Corpse Bride had an enormous one at the entrance and there was a big Wallace and Grommit one too

:(

I asked at the desk and they said they didn't have any :(

Not very many in ours at all. I think it might've been about 20 people. Being a Preview I would've thought there'd be more, but no.

Think that was down to the fact that the cinema we went to isn't as popular as the bigger ones like Star City, which is just down the road :)

The one of Thursday night was full, and yesterday was pretty busy, especially for an afternoon performance :)

Well went I went on Thursday there was less the 10 people in the cinema, like ant said given that it was a preview I thought there would be more fans having said all that it was 12:20 in the afternoon so I suppose most people would be at w**k/school so I wasn't too worried. I'm telling as many people as I can hopfully word of mouth will spreed and more people will go to see it.

Mine was the first showing on Friday morning at 11:05 (11:40 when it finally started after the technical problems!) and there was about 20 people in, which is about the usual for that time whenever I have gone in the past.

prophecy girl - October 8, 2005 02:58 PM (GMT)
friday night, 11.40pm ..... around 10 people and probably 2 of them seemed to know the serie (some "oh my god" reaction coming from one side of the theatre)

Im_Here - October 8, 2005 03:25 PM (GMT)
well, im back and i loved it.

at xscape castleford they have 2 screens showing the film, the first screen was sold out when i got there at 1:40 and the second screen had about 15 people in, i looked at the board that shows times/availability and all todays screenings are limited tickets in one screen, so its not doing bad here :lmao:

Cardelia - October 8, 2005 06:52 PM (GMT)
I went to the Vue in Leicester Square for the afternoon preview and there were probably 50 people in there. I don't know how busy the rest have been though.

That's where we went, the evening one was full, and they were all or mostly fans so they got all the in-jokes, which was great :)

The following day they'd moved it into one of their bigger THX certified screens and it was superb

When I saw it there was 7 or 8 people in the theatre- but it was 1pm Monday- not exactly prime time.

little pixie - October 11, 2005 06:22 PM (GMT)
25 people in the cinema - not bad for early Tuesday evening - it was showing in one of the larger theatres in a multiplex, so I`m guessing later showings are pretty busy. :)
