On her birthday, Cordelia's visions become so painful that they propel her into an astral state and a life-threatening coma. Visited by a demon guide, astral Cordy is mystically granted the opportunity to live her dream of a rich and famous actress if she is willing to give up her history with Angel and her visions.

From the beginning where she fears she is dead, and anxiously tries to get the gang to see her.
Then unable to stop them as they find her pain killer stash helped by Dennis - love the party hat.
Skip really tries to put her off with the girl who's skull blew out from a vision to the fabulous life she could have had.

What is striking is that she only takes those few seconds responding to audience applause to enjoy that life and immediately starts to pursue her vision. :thumbsup:

The effect on the gang - Wesley missing an arm - Angel incoherent seemed a little bit OTT especially with the locked room.
I'd rather not believe that it was set up by Skip for Season 4 as a sham to get Cordy to agree to being part demon but I have to ask myself whether it was all planned.
Even if a little excessive it's still emotional - love her floating up at the end :thumbsup:
