Well- I wanted to write something here to make sure the listings went back on the front page...

I was totally bored for the last couple of hours at work yesterday (and there was v. little action on here to perk things up). Trouble was, chums had said- would I like to sit in on their first year seminars (18 of them!), to lend my strength to theirs, etc. This eventually turned into- and please type up your notes and help us with the marking (SUCKERED! by people I LIKE!!!)

So as dusk fell and the college corridors of powerlessness slowly emptied, I had a footle on the Buffy music site and tracked down a favourite brain-cleanser from the summer: the Firestarter/Smurf combo (highly recommended). Woke me up considerably and I think I cackled mightily into the bargain.

The I heard tippy-tappy footsteps creeping past my door, obviously not wanting to alert the loony within to their owners' presence.

Wonder if it's a student or a colleague I have startled by my musical taste? And whether it would have helped to rush to the door and say "it's OK, I'm not mad, just watching Buffy clips"? Somehow, I doubt it :naughty:

OK, one keeps rabbits ( :fear: ) and the other isn't far from gibbering with stress on a daily basis, so might not even notice a notice.... perhaps I'll just let rumour do its stuff. :naughty:

Ah, bliss, it's Friday and I've been the only one in...BUT the boss-lady-menace has been e-mailing and phoning me instead. What to do with a woman who doesn't have 'delegate' in her vocabulary- other than defenestration, which has crossed my mind :p

tell her you were too busy to read her mail/answer her call :lol: (unless her office is near by :fear: ) :innocent:

We share the office when she's in- and when she's working from home the e-mails and calls keep a-coming. Nor does she seem to grasp that the workforce (especially a part-timer like me) is not on call all weekend! She gets me for 5 hours a week, and I'm sure she's misread it as fifty. :lol:

I am soo glad it is returning. I have been making vids myself and am abouyt to start uploading them when I noticed the site was gone! :cry:

I have done about six but you can tell the ones I first did they are reaaly rough looking.

I wanted to do You OUghta Know but noticed from Claire post that someone else has done it, I might give it a go but all the best clips are gone. :cry:

BuffyWorld.com has gone the way of a... gone thing. Another Buffy fansite bites the dust and this time it's one of the big ones (the link now goes to BuffyForums.net which is the new home for the former BuffyWorld posting community).

buffyworld is back. Transcripts are back up and screencaps are promised.

Still no news on teh Buffy Music Video site yet. :shrug:

The Buffy Music Video Database I believe is still a work in progress with the new moderators/admin and I am not certain they have officially reopened. I'll check and let you all know.
