DC's Wildstorm imprint has a Babylon 5 graphic novel written by Amazing Spidermans's J Michael Straczynski, who created the cult SF TV series, in the pipeline. No artist has yet been attached to the currently unscheduled project.

Hmmmm, and I can remember reading an interview with him saying he wouldn't w**k for DC again. Purely because of how they treated the original B5 series, and how their parent company treated the show. I wonder how much money changed his mind  :lmao:

If Joe didn't w**k with all the people he said he never would do again, there probably wouldn't be too many people left

I think as far as WBs goes, it's a relatively minor gripe. They messed him around a little regarding TMOS but their treatment of the show itself didn't actually turn out that bad. It got shunted onto the PTEN network which realistically speaking was the making of the show. PTEN offered very little in terms of interferance, and to be honest neither did WBs.

After the disappointment of the failure of TMOS project to come to fruition I'm looking forward to seeing some form of continuation, whether it be in the form of novels or comicbooks.

He's also getting to play with the entire Spiderman line of books soon. A big crossover between all of the Spidey family of books launches next month, with Peter David kicking off the festivities for a month in every spidey book.

It involves the return of Morlun. The most feasome Spidey villain in recent years. :fear:

Wasn't Morlun the big bad that kicked off JMS' stint on Amazing Spiderman ?

That's the one. Only this time Ezekiel isn't around to help poor little Peter. So Morlun has a Spider totum on his lunch menu. The storyline is being billed as a complete restructuring of the Spiderman line. It sounds like a fascinating idea (suggested to the marvel editors by Peter David and JMS, so they'd have been insane not to say yes to it :lmao: ) So I have high hopes.
