More great stuff here :thumbsup: although I'm not sure where the line between home Part 1 and part 2 is as the episodes have blurred together into one fantastic double bill. I suppose it's better for me to comment here so I don't spoil part two for anybody who's reading comments on Part 1. :unsure:
It is about time Baltar had a brain scan to check whether he has a chip in his head or not. I was thinking after his results came in clear what were they expecting? A small metallic chip? Looking at the human Cylon models maybe the chip would be indistinguishable or virtually indistinguishable from normal brain matter?
I really enjoyed the part at the end of Home pt I with petty officer Duala telling the "old man" her thoughts and in the end influencing him to bring the fleet back together. A lovely little celebratory moment as he tell them to prepare to go back to Kobol, with the Irish sounding emotional music playing in the background. I do however wish they could mix up the music for those type the scenes, rather than the same music used over and over again for those type of scenes.
I really loved "the map to earth" I wasn't expecting anything so visual and the moment when Starbuck realises they are actually on earth was fantastic. I didn't even see it coming.
This is just speculation but I would not be surprised if Baltar steals Boomer's child some time after its born as part of his defection to the Cylon's.

I forgot he defected in the original one? Do you think he's going to defect this time round? I would have thought he would be more 'w**king from the inside' :ponder:

Yes I think he's going to defect this time round. I just don't think he's going to leave for quite a while yet. Theoretically a couple of seasons(or more) could pass before the baby even reaches one year-old. I don't think he's going to w**k from the inside, he's too cowardly. No doubt (in my mind anyway) No. 6 will influence, manipulate and push Baltar into taking the baby. I think as long as he's not in danger on the Galactica he will most likely stay where he is.
I suppose another possibility could be that she thinks she's playing him and he somehow manages to out smart No. 6 :shrug: :ponder:
Either way it's going to be fun to find out. :thumbsup:
