A good episode.
I'm glad the creators didn't forget about Quark losing his license and at the same time didn't just leave his situation to the few random comments here and there - here we get to see Quark try and do something to rectify the situation.
The supporting cast are a but unmemorable; the meat of the story comes with the fact that we see Quark try and deal with the fact that he's trading in Weapon's of Mass Destruction, and by default alienating himself from the crew - the scene where Dax throws him out is quite shocking, given how in the past she's always got on with Quark.
I liked the ending as well - rather than just try and find a happy ending to the situation, Quark tricks both the warring factions into the same cargo bay, and lock them in; leaving them to blow the crap out of each other :)
I like this one :)
Just to disagree with Phillip ( :p ) I thought Galen and the arms dealer bloke were played pretty well - they were essentially there for Quark to bounce off and they did this well imo :)
I guess if I had to pick any holes it'd have to be the background idea that the Federations morals & ideals (read USA) are always shown to be correct against the Ferengi, with Quark yet again choosing them over his own cultural standard.
Edit:- Highlighted for Steves benefit :p
'Twas alright. I've never been able to stand Steven Berkoff, though, so his presence was mildly irritating all the way through. Found the stuff with O'Brien's baby a bit intrusive, but other than that it was okay, if a little predictable. Best bit was Sisko threatening Quark when he was in security
Can't think of much else to say about it, tbh
