Hope everything is okay Ken. I hope this isn't too personal, but have you considered seeing your doctor. You don't seem to be sleeping too well, and you do need to rest. I don't mean for anti-depressants, but possibly something to help you sleep :)

You are a friend and as such you can never be too personal. I thank you for your concern and I have considered it prior to you mentioning it. Almost falling asleep at work dosent help.

I have never been one to lie in at the weekend, always thought there was something better to do (unless I had a reason to stay in bed) but since moving into the spare room there just seems to be no reason at all to go to bed.

If it continues that I cannot sleep I promise to go to the doctors.
