Whilst we love that you all enjoy posting here so much it does become a bit of a nuisance when threads from months ago (some even from last year!) are bumped.
It would be much appreciated that unless you have something important to add to the conversation (i.e. an update on say a forthcoming film) you do not bump threads that are two or more months older. This keeps the forum tidy and doesn't confuse members who already posted in the thread yonks ago :)

But what if you want to talk about the subject of the thread? People get pretty mad if you start a new thread on something that already exists on most forums. :ermm:

If that's the case then it's perfectly fine to bump a thread...the threads i was thinking about were mainly things such as quizzes and the such where people bump them simply to add their scores :)

I think that's fine - it's more the idea of resurrecting old threads and not adding anything of relevance to them that we're trying to stop :)
