Title: 3x02 - That Vision Thing
LoobiLou - August 9, 2005 11:21 AM (GMT)
Cordelia's already painful visions start to have more serious physical side effects. Through telepathy, the Host attempts to track down why The-Powers-That-Be see fit to harm her. Meanwhile, the tenacious, Angel-hating servants of evil (lawyers at Wolfram & Hart) rear their ugly heads yet again.

an ok episode (if not painful ................ for cordie that is)
the return of wolfran and hart <_< , lylah her usual self (but big laugh at her ... she look concentrated on what going on on her computer screen and then you only saw she is playing golf :lmao: )
the introduction of skip
the fight were ok
the alternative world was ok
angel killing the "brain guy" (the actor was one of the cave men in beer bad B) ) ... ouch gross
angel/lylah ... the usual exchange of nice word :)
and the end: darla and the shaman (love "men!" darla comment when the shamman is having trouble to made her bleed)
| QUOTE |
Angel: Don't you came at me through Cordelia ever again. You play that card a second time and I'll kill you.
Angel: It's not about winning, Cordelia, it's about what's at stake. And in this particular scenario you were way more important than winning. - I can't worry about that guy I set free. I did what I had to do. I'll just deal with the consequences when they happen.
Shaman: I can not help you. No man can. This is not meant to be known. Darla: Yeah, yeah. Like I haven't heard *that* before. I guess there is only one thing left to do. Time to go visit Daddy.

 I love this episode.
Firstly its very painful to watch Cordy hiding the effects of the visions from everyone, she is trying to be brave and selfless - also very funny when she is trying to get rid of Fred
'compared to you I'm downright linear'
Angel seems to care even more for Cordy now, its not just guilt from the events of season two any longer.
Love the idea of the man sending false visions to Cordy - he so deserved to die at the end.
Wesley is also much stronger than before, persuading Angel to trust him
:)
Lilah & Gavin are quite funny - not as compelling as Lindsey but the idea of him trying to get to Angel with health code regulations is pretty funny, especially compared to Lilah (who by the way is superb).
Skip is great and the fire prison, excellent effects, perhaps Skip defeated a little too easily though. It shows us how far Angel is prepared to go to save a member of his team, being blackmailed into fighting for evil.
Their attitude is fix one problem at a time here.
Poor Cordy - her worst nightmares again showing how dangerous the visions are to her even though these weren't from the PTB.
Excellent

I love this episode. The cuts on cordy are really nasty. :fear: So realistic...
Cordy had a really hard time with the versions. But I thought it was different. Fred was funny again.
The Brain guy was a bit pants, IMO. But he died funnily...
