I like this one :)
The interaction between the cast is great fun to watch, with little bits like the O'Brien/Worf/Bashir fight.
Jeffrey Coombs turns in his usual good performance as Brunt and adds that little something to the episode. Probably one of my favourite Ferengi eps :)

Another fun episode - this season has gotten much better after the past few episodes :)
Interestingly the 'Rom starts a union' idea was supposed to be a B-story in an earlier episode, until they decided they could get a full story out of it :)
It's nice to see Rom really getting a backbone - after past episodes where he's just submitted to whatever Quark demanded we finally see him standing up to it properly - going so far as to quite from his bar job and start on night shift :)
