On paper, this story should be rubbish.

On screen, it's quite superb, although perhaps takes a bit too long to get going. Tony Todd (at least, I think it's he) gives a superb performance, as does Cirroc Lofton.

Theo nly other thought that comes to mind is that it's nice to know that in the 24/25th century, there will always be obsessive fans. I'm surprised Jake didn't send whatshername away out of pure fear that she would wait to take a bit of his corpse after he croaked it :)

Another Trek time travel story with the time travel being a plot device rather than central to the plot ala B5, but a good story with yet another great guest performance :)

Really well scripted and despite the obvious difference in appearance I never have any problems accepting the older Jake Sisko. Avery Brooks gets to expand on his usual performance in this one, and does so well imo :thumbsup:

Fairly standard Trek ending with it all being okay at the end but tbh it was never going to be any different and didn't detract from the ep really.

Hats off to Tony Todd, Cirroc Lofton and Avery Brooks for this one, they acted their socks off, and of course major credit goes to the writers :thumbsup: Take note Voyager scribes, this is exactly the level of writing we expect on Star Trek!
