God, not sure where to start really. As a convention virgin, I had no idea what to expect, but the whole weekend has been amazing!!

Highlights inc:

Meeting Amy Acker and having my photo taken with her while she was dressed as Iyleria (sp?)

Meeting Andy Hallet, having my photo taken with him normally and then having it taken again that night while dressed as a Lornette!!!! (pics to follow. Oh and I was dressed as a Lornette, not Andy - hahahahahahahahahahahah)

I met all the guests, went to a few talks, got My season 5 boxset signed by them all too.

The rest of the weekend is a bit of a drunken blur, as we partied till 3 am every night (Later on Sat - was 5 before we got to bed) Andy Hallet had us all sing "Mandy" during the closing ceremony (tradition apprantly) and then came back on stage Sun night and did a set singing lots of different songs!

There is loads more to share, but my head is messed up and I seem to have lost the ability to think straight!!! :lol: I am suffering from a delayed hangover and keep needing to lie down!

One last word - Roll on Serenity 2 in November (can't afford to go to Prime :()

Not sure about posting the Ilyria one. It's copyrighted and I sorta know the photographer, so don't want to piss him off!!!!! I will get some of them up as soon as I get round to scanning them all in!!!

amy was sweet as anything. When we chatted to her at the signing, we were telling her about our Lornette plans for the fancy dressed. She was most impressed, especially when I told her we used stills of her from the episode to w**k our outfits out :)

Andy was great too, a bit of a beer fan (!!!) and a right laugh. Clare Kramer was brilliant, she gave me a big hug and told me she loved me!! Actually, all the guests were gracious, some of them v moved by the responses they got (first conventions for some) and all the guests came out and partied with us!!!

I am so very jelous it's nice hear that the guests were happy to talk and party with fans and that they made time for all the fans and help make it such a great weekend glad you had a great time I hope you can post some pictures!
