The season finale. I haven't done a description because I didn't want to look up any spoilers

:o :o :o
Well, as season finales go that was pretty damn good
Lots of conveniences in the plot, like Lana turning up in the barn and deciding to give Clark the element right at the moment he needed it, and Jason doing all that action stuff with a bullet in his shoulder, oh and Clark finding all that time for several heart to heart conversations when he was - to put it mildly - on a deadline!
But there were also several WTF?? moments, like the spaceship, and the meteor hitting the farm, and the final shot, which was very evocative of the movie, I thought.
Great end to the season

Thought it was a brilliant episode
What I want to know is how the hell did Lana survive that helicopter crash :o
The final shot reminded me of the movie too. Jason coming back was surprising as I thought if they brought him back they would leave it until next season.
Know what you mean, Steve, about the conversations he kept on having. I was worried that he wouldn't save the day in time

Well what can I say, truely amazing! I can't wait til next season.
I liked the fact they brought Jason back. I was really shocked to see that meteor hit the farm, what a cliffhanger. What did Lana see and how did she survive and that bloke never... 10/10

How many cliffhangers can they leave us with? Eh? The EU must set a legal limit to them now. I demand it.
Lana finding that ship. Another Kryptonian design? I don't think so, it doesn't look as though it's got the same construction, but then, we'll need to wait till next year to find out (But I wanna know now!!!!)
Clark in the Arctic, 1 Fortress of solitude coming up, made to order.
The farm. OMG Jason isn't dead. Lionel must be losing his touch  The meteor! Who lives? Who dies? Pretty sure it'll be Jason that dies (again) but who knows?
:lmao: @ Chloe "protecting" Lex from the funny light in the cave.
And what about Lionel? Was he getting a download of all of the knowledge from the fortress? Looked like it. :fear: :fear:
I can't wait for the new season.
I may have to break my 'no downloading Smallville' rule :shifty:

Fantastic episode, though I was a little confused at the beginning when Lana killed Jason's mum 'cos I was chatting to my housemate and all of a sudden we started paying attention and Lana was stabbing her :o What did I miss? Why did she kill her? Was Lana possessed?
Anyway, back to the episode. I knew Jason wasn't dead, his fall into the river was way to convienient  I was pretty scared for Clarks parents though, Jason had completely lost his mind!!!! :fear:
Clark must realise that Chloe knows about him now, he must have seen that it was her who dragged him away from the kryptonite and was protecting him from Lex  If not I think I may just scream!!! Just how thick is that bloke
Speaking of Lex, how evil was he with Lana and Chloe, but I bet they both forget how creepy and violent he got next season <_<
All in all, a fantastic cliffhanger, I can't wait till next year

The version we got was just over 51 minutes long, so about 10 minutes longer than usual. A friend of mine downloaded a version that said it was a 90 minute special which turned out to be 51 minutes long as well, so hopefully we did get the full version on E4 :)

Well the episode was really good. I am sort of disappointed that Chloe didn't come clean with Clark and tell him that she knows his secret.
The only thing that lacked in this ep. was the graduation ceremony. The climax to four years and it really took a back seat to the point where it almost didn't need to be included.
Nice Clark and Lana scence
Is Luthor dead?
Clark throwing the crystal was exactly like the first 'Superman' movie.
I also thought it was interesting that Lex showed his darkside to both Lana and Chloe and that was long overdue for me, but I love Bad Lex.
