Clark must stop the school photographer after he sets up a fake high school and uses his ability to petrify people to kidnap students

Hmm, seems to have been a bit of a trend this season, but I thought the main plot was utter tosh whilst the subplots were very good :ermm:

The fake school was a hilariously bad idea, imo, I just didn't buy it, probably not helped by the guy playing Brendan being such a phenomenally bad actor <_<

However, I really enjoyed the stuff with Clark and his parents, soppy and predictable as it was, I thought that part w.orked well.

And the Lex/Lionel angle was as riveting as always. Didn't ya just know that Jason was going to bite the bullet as soon as he started to tell Lex about Clark?

Last episode next week and it's only on for an hour - didn't someone mention a two hour finale?

With everything that happened in this ep I almost thought it was the finale - it could just as easily have been!

:tear: Jason  Lex is a bit stupid though, he must know something about Clark!

And just when you thought Lex and Lionel may have met some middle ground, Lex drops his bombshell that he didn't save Lionel out of love but just because he had information he needed

Jason can't be dead :tear: He's too cute to die!

If Chloe is leaving Smallville for college, does that mean she won't be in the next season?

And if this wasn't the season finale, just what on earth is next weeks going to be about???

Thought this episode was quite good, loved the subplot  Who would have thought that Dr Quinn would've turned out to be so evil  Don't think that Jason is dead but we shall see :ponder:

I agree with Steve that the main plot with the fake high school was bad even if it was interesting to see Lana as a dummy

It's longer than the average ep, but I was wrong - it wasn't a 2 hour finale. But it does run to over an hour so when you put ad breaks in, it'll probably come out at 90 mins or so.

Ah, okay, thanks :)

I checked the Sky planner last night and it only shows an hour, so maybe they'll cut down on the ads (praise be!), or maybe they've got an edited version :ermm:

I thought this episode was really good. The best acting Lana did...(Not do anything  )
I think Jason is still alive aswell. I hope Chloe will be in the next season. Overall this episode gets an 8/10 because Lana was made out of plastic for most of it.

Though i don't like Jason's character but i think he's cute, i've got a feeling he won't stay dead for long,it seems to easy.
Lana is most likely to be a cover girl. :D

Another thing I found interesting is that Lionel was the one who gave Lana the stone they found in China. And that he decided to shoot Jason when Jason started to point out how connected Clark is to the whole situation to Lex. Makes me wonder what Lionel really knows about Clark that Lex doesn't

I thought the Clana scene in the hallway was very sweet. You could tell that they are still in love with one another. The final scene it looked like Chloe maybe has finally gotten over being jealous of Clana and can move on now.

I find it very interesting that a Lana/Chloe dynamic is being set up where Chloe is all about moving forward and exploring new things in new places, and Lana has decided that her place is in Smallville. I know Chloe was talking about the Clana with her comment about things not changing, but I can't help but think that it's foreshadowing for just the opposite. I mean, we all know Clark's place ISN'T in Smallville. I think Lana will be the one leaving not Chloe.
