Something I haven't done for a while.

Alone in the dark
Their faces I see
Eyes are accusing
But how can I flee?

Their lives I have taken
On my hands is their blood
I’d give them all back
If only I could

The creature I was
Is not who I am
But the guilt is still real
Is my life now a sham?

Can redemption be mine
Or is it too high that I aim?
Will the deeds that I do
Ever make up for my shame?

I have to believe
If I don’t there’s no hope
My life would mean nothing
How would I cope?

Yet, deep down I fear
That when it’s my turn
It’s to hell I will go
And never return

Actually, thinking about it.......my original post was probably closer to the truth.....it not getting any warmer but theres shed loads of folk from all over the world telling us it gonna happen.... :ponder: :rolleyes: ;)
