Poor, poor O'Brien.
First he gets poisoned, then duplicated and now he's condemned to death. And all within the space of 6 months!
A good episode, even though it was obvious they would get him off at the end - I particularily liked O'Brien's lawyer who was just hoping he would confess and be done with it :)

Another good episode
Not much to find fault with - as Phillip says pretty obvious O'Brien was going to get off but tbh this holds true of 99.9% of shows doing this kind of episode :)

Dave, I'm shocked and appalled by your double standards :p
To quote you from your comments on Invasive Procedures, "It's highly unlikely Dax would die and a bit obvious that they'd end up winning  " - and you say the same about this yet it's "another good episode" :p :p :p :lmao: ;)
Thought this one was pretty decent until the last five minutes, which peed me off with that lame final scene where they had to explain everything that had happened
The previous 37 minutes, though, were very effective
Slightly amused that, in this and the next episode, members of the crew are allowed to take a Runabout just so they can go on vacation. Hitch a ride on one of the visiting ships, for God's sake! I hope they don't have to blockade another planet while they're short on ships

Double standards my arse :snooty:
This ep, although it's obvious O'Brien isn't going to be killed this doesn't detract from an otherwise very good story. Invasive Procedures was a much weaker episode and had Dax lying there whining for much of it, which coupled with the fact you knew she was going to live anyway did bugger all for me :p

Sounds like the same scenario to me: you know the character isn't going to die in either case; Dax only "whined" in one scene; and neither story was weak, although Invasive Procedures had the advantage of not having that dreadful final scene :p

Dave, it's great to see you came back from your holiday so relaxed and much more tolerant  ;)
Personally I wanted to strangle O'Brien's Cardassian lawyer for virtually the same reasons <_<

There's nothing too wrong with either episode IMO. Tribunal's probably the better story, but the presence of Megan Gallagher and Jon Glover make up for it in Invasive Procedures.

Of course, Keiko isn't in Invasive Procedures, which gives it an immediate advantage :shifty:
