Another good one (imo) :)
Quark was very good and as usual Andrew Robinson pulls off a great performance as plain, simple Garak. First time I can remember hints that he's not as ruthless as he used to be and that his thoughts about what's best for Cardassia have changed during the course of his exile.
The Bajorans (namely the Provisional Government) again come out in a less than favourable light by selling the Cardassian agitators down the river for a prisoner exchange.
I really enjoyed profit and loss. It was great see more of Garak and the scene between him and Quark talking about dresses and fashion when the subtext was clearly about Natima, the other Cardassians and the trouble they are in etc was fantastic. I also liked the little love story between Quark and Natima a lot showing there's more to him than just greed. This episode was full of great dynamics between the characters Odo & Quark, Quark & Natima, Dr Bashir and Garak, Garak and Quark, Garak and Cisco.

To be honest I found this one rather dull - perhaps it's because the Garak stuff is so obvious (but what does surprise me is how little he's appeared so for - this must be his third or fourth episode so far - compare this to Season 7 where he's in practically every episode :)
