Title: Celebrity Wrestling
Description: has bitten the dust

ITV's Dr Who rival 'Celebrity Wrestling' will have it's last showing on Saturday after getting comprehensively trounced in the ratings by Dr Who.
To fill in the gap for the three weeks after the show has gone, ITV are going to show the original (and best) Star Wars trilogy :starwars:. It's their desperate attempt to dislodge sci-fi fans from Dr Who
Why are they so stupid with their scheduling?

Hands up anyone on the planet who hasn't seen the original SW trilogy a hundred or so times :whistling:
Now hands up those who want to see something they've never seen before
Seems cut and dried to me :D

:hibye:
But then I don't like Star Wars, so I won't be watching anyway. If I remember to set the video I'll tape Who, otherwise I'll do what I normally do after forgetting to set the video and download it.

If it's the Original trilogy and not the special editions, it will be well worth setting the video for.
Of course it won't be. ;)

It will be the special editions - in Lucas revisionist history the original versions no longer exist <_<

I don't
But I would rather not watch Star Wars interrupted by some pointless and quite frankly mind-numbingly cheesy adverts.
"Luke, I am your father"
Cut to adverts
"Come down to DFS..."

Hooray, Maybe this signals the end of reality TV, has Doctor Who paved the way for television to again become as good as it used to...
...take heed broadcasters a decent SCi-Fi/drama series can and will beat any reality TV rubbish if you do it correctly. Maybe they'll think twice before taking on Doctor Who.
And showing Star Wars, ITV must be really desperate now....
...Doctor Who is shaking up Television in this country just look how other channels have responded.
Five started showing Buffy (the reason that the beeb boards were closed), And now ITV try Star Wars. (Athough they'll probably state that it co-incides with the new film).
Let's hope that this trend contininues and maybe ITV will also decide to buy/make some decent Sci-Fi programmes.
