Another good episode this one and probably no coincendence that it centres around O'Brien. The value of Colm Meaneys acting really shows in this one as he acts it very well throughout.

Loses the surprise factor on reviewing but still fun to see how things workout and the conclusion to it all :)

To be honest, even in rewatch mode I still love this one. Alongside Armageddon Game this one is one of the season's best. Again, largely due to Meaney's great w**k. A fantastic mystery at the heart of the episode and typically with DS9 you can guarantee that things aren't as simple as they may seem.

I remember watching this one for the first time being completely suckered into O'Brien's corner.

Unfortunately I remembered pretty early on what was happening. I still enjoyed it, though. It has that excellent Invasion of the Body Snatchers feel about it. All it needed was for O'Brien to run onto The Promenade shouting "They're here already! You're next!" :fear: :lol:
