I finally finished watching the first season of Battlestar Gallactica and the mini-series in three weeks! :thumbsup:
What can I say except excellent. :thumbsup: :thumbsup:
It's fantastic to see a programme which is not predictable, has tons of likeable characters and has me completely gripped to the story. It's going to be a long wait for season 2 on Sky especially if they push it back into the more popular new year Schedules. :unsure:
Who would have thought that Boomer would have tried to kill herself? I was quite distraught thinking she had died and was well chuffed to see her in sick bay :D And how about all those copies of Boomer who were aboard that Cylon base ship she destroyed? How many copies can there be of each individual? OMG and she shot Commander Adama . :o FRACK ME ! :o
I LOVE BSG :thumbsup:
did I miss something or did they never finish the tests on whether Adama was human or not? :unsure:
One thing I dislike about the show is the title credits which give away spoilers for the episode ahead. I hope they resolve that for next season. Another thing I don't like which I guess is more to do with catching a new audience is the introduction at the beginning of every episode. I've got it already and I don't need to see it again !

Always nice to see people watching the season finale. I'm making a friend of mine watch the whole series, just so I can see the look on her face when Adama gets shot.
I know what you mean about the credits. I've got into the habit of keeping my eyes closed until the drumming stopped.

One slightly nit-picky thing though SF. I think you should put a spoiler warning at the top of your post. I know its pretty obvious, but just in case. Adama being shot was one of the most shocking things I've seen on TV in years, and I would have been furious if I'd been spoilt on it.

I managed to spoil myself on that <_< :blush: BSG was on at a time when I was rarely around to watch it...so I started taping it each week.......by the time ep4 was shown I still hadnt had time to watch the first one, so decided to tape the lot and watch them all together....well, when checking the video had worked for the final ep I rewound too far...and what did I see :toomuchtv: :fear:

What I usually do if I get behind like that is I also record the repeat just in case Sky didn't turn itself on, that way you don't need to check the tapes and risk getting spoiled.
