Title: S4 Dvds - A Small Complaint

Okay I know I only paid £16 for them but I found on opening my S4 set this afternoon that they are in 6 individual cases rather than the the more robust single one of the other 3 - have I been slightly ripped off or is this a deliberate change?

It's a deliberate change - and in fact if you look on the shelves, the Seasons 1 -3 boxes have been repackaged into the same inferior way....
I heard that WB were offering replacement S1-3 boxes for people who called in for replacement S5 discs - do you think it would w**k if I asked for replacement S4 and 5 boxes? :)

It's even more annoying for me since my season 1, 2, 3, 5 (region 1) , movies box-set (region 1) are all same type of packaging (only the region 1 cases have a silver foil/holographic effect for the outer packaging) whereas season 4 are like how you described.

I heard tell they could supply replacement Season 1 discs, sadly not heard of anything confirmed...

I asked when they rang me back about the S5 disc and was sent both S1 disc 2 and S5 disc 5 :thumbsup:

Do they provide pre-paid packaging to return the faulty disk?

No they'll just send you out the replacement, no need to send them the faulty one.
