I quite like this one :)
Mainly interesting as it shows the Bajorans in a slightly different light to their usual victim status.
Another mention of those mysterious Dominion types, and this time we learn they conquered someone :o

I enjoyed this one as well - although I was sure the revelation about Bajor being the sacred planet came a lot earlier in the episode - I was surprised when it came about well over half an hour into it!
Still, it was nice to see the Universal Translator problems get bought up for once, and causal mentions of the Dominion are always welcome :)

Good stuff.
What Dave said about the Bajorans going against Victim type.
Handy book says that Walter Koenig's son, and Armin Shimmerman's wife (the wonderfully named Kitty Swink) appear in guest roles.

More rewatching? I can live with that, lol!
Also just signed up to the Buffy rewatch, and I just received my first Carnivale disc from Amazon rentals. Way behind with SG1 (only just started season 2) and have hardly started on West Wing!
Help! It's not like I can ask anyone to watch them all for me lol!
Oh well... got :toomuchtv: to look forward to over the next few months!

Okay, this is code to tell me to avoid spoilers, right?
I hope so, or I'm calling the men in white coats :p

If there's spoilers I'm missing them!
This one always turns out to be better than I remember it. Usually from memory I'm not much for this one, but having watched it fairly recently the story's fairly decent. Still not one of my favourite season two episodes by a long way I have to say but nowhere near bad either. Solid middle of the road stuff, which to be fair, after the rip-roaring start to the season is perhaps why these last few episodes are a little disappointing.

I finally deciphered that Dave's code is the all clear for spoiler free threads
Fairly average episode this, mainly because it was so obvious about Bajor (and about the Dominion's involvement, to me anyway) so there was no real surprise, other than the fact that Kira and Sisko didn't realise they were talking about Bajor straight away
Some pretty wacky hairstyles going on too
The one thing I did like was the way the universal translator slowly began to w**k (that actress played it pretty well). Oh, and Quark's exasperation at his customers listening to the music rather than gambling and eating
For what was essentially a bottle episode this must've cost a fortune in all the extras wondering around, costumes, make-up etc :o
