Description: Episode 22

Ben is anxious to get back on the road after dropping off Libby and Jones at the carnival. But Jonesy has other ideas. He tells Libby that he is going with Ben and that she should tell her parents that he got liquored up and thrown in jail. Dreading what her mother will say, Libby begs him for a different story, but Jones refuses and makes her promise not to say a word about what happened.
Ben bluntly informs Jones that he doesn't need any company, but Jonesy won't move. "You gonna sit here all night?" he asks, and Ben relents. The pair arrive at the Motor Courts in Cheyenne and Jones arms himself with a pistol. Bribing the desk clerk, they gain entrance to Stroud's room, but he and Scudder are gone

 Wow marvellous episode.
All the players are in place by the end of the episode with Ben reaching new Caanan.
:fear: at Scudder finally he reveals his power, great twist with Justin being in the back of the car. However as he didn't freely give his powers, just what does that mean  he already seems pretty mad
Iris is confusing me, whose side is she on, its hard to tell. Certainly she was upset by the rape of Apollonia that she saw in Sophie's mind. Why has she not said anything yet though, she must know what Justin will do.
I've decided that the way Justin cuts up his meat really irritates me. I'm sure it is supposed to be annoying to the others around the table but its quite unsettling.
Just two episodes left now :tear:
oh and for the last few episodes I have been talking to the screen, various NOoooos, and "he's escaped" :o and "he's dead" :o

I couldn't believe that Justin was in the back seat :o
Scudders eyes went black, like Justin's. Does that mean that he was the evil one after all? And why didn't Scudder use his powers to escape before then?
I'm all confused about Iris too. First she's killing to help and protect her brother, now she's plotting to kill him?
Who would have guessed that out little Sophie is actually jJstin's daughter? And does this mean she's evil?

 Justin being in the back seat was such a suprise, I was starting to relax thinking he'd done it and escaped and slash :o
brilliant !

Oh. wow!
Real edge of the seat stuff... just how can so much be packed into one short hour of tv?
Justin is really giving me the wiggins now, what with his eagerness to kill Scudder, and the act itself. Euwww!
I know Ben finding Scudder's head in the cow trough was telegraphed a mile off, but still, the sight of seeing that head there was still pretty shocking.
What a twist though, Justin being Sofie's father... I never expected that one, though it's not that surprising now we know.
The Ruthie/Lodz and Lyla scene was spooky too, especially the start when you saw the naked Lodz crawling up the steps of the caravan. Now the truth is out about Ben/Lodz, and Samson's cooperation.
Lol at Libby not being able to keep her mouth shut. Rita-Sue's reaction was predictable, as was Lyla's you could just see everything falling into place.
I know Justin 'rescued' Stroud from the asylum, but it's only in this episode that we realise just how hatstand he is. Falling at Justin's feet as if to worship, and then coming on to/assaulting Iris.
I think worst of all for me was seeing Scudder just losing it... he was like an animal when he attacked Justins beardy adviser (god, am so poor with names) and that shot of his face... looked like Scudder had taken a serious bite. :x
Can't believe we have only 2 to go now. Incredible stuff. I don't want it to end, and yet I am desperate to know how it all pans out!
Andrew :yahoo:

:o I know - and yet everything falls into place
It's just stunning and you'll love the rest, make the most of it :tear:
Personally I think it's the best drama I've ever seen, absolutely nothing I can fault with it.

It also goes some way to explaining the 'Sophie is the omega' thing as well. Can't offhand remember what's been revealed and what hasn't yet so I'll keep quiet on those theories until the season's finished.

Pretty much agree with whats already been said. :)
Justin being Sophie's father was a total shock for me :o but such a great twist but a bit like finding out Justin was Management's son once you know it it makes total sense.
I thought Scudder had got away as well and the expression left on the face when Ben finds ( or sees was it actually in the water ? ) the head was horrific.
Can't believe it but I'm actually starting to root for Iris. :o
