Summary
Still bound, Ben is led by his captors, but the brutal treatment has eased. Only Lee still feels compelled to abuse him. "We shoulda left him in the ground," he snarls, but the others seem terrified that "she" will see.

Reaching a decrepit old house, the men approach a more senior man on the porch and show him the watch fob they have taken from Ben. "She wants to see you first, Lee," he says. As Ben waits, surrounded by filth and the stench of cats, he hears Lee's screams from upstairs. Soon, his tormentor comes down, crying and clutching his mouth...

:o Grandma - cousins- nice family

Didn't bode well when his cous came down the stairs with his mouth sewn up :x

Got to admire Ben for not flinching at the sight of her and treating her with kindness, only to find out it was she who killed his Grandpa and Uncle and possibly she believes his dad.

Bet he can't wait to pay them another visit

Management assures him Scudder is not dead.

Justin going through a maid spell, Cecille's madness suprised me though, just what did he do to her. Looks like he is going to sacrifice Iris though, and she has let herself be seen by Dolan.

Good for Sophie but I would have taken the drink.

:fear: at the spectre - Apollonia?

Turns out that the crone that Ben was told to look for is actually his grandmother, Henry Scudders mother, and his would be capturers are actually his cousins. She’s insane and scary and has no eyes! :fear:

I’m still confused. Ben IS the good one, right? Justin is evil, about as bad as you can get. I thought Scudder was also good, that the Russian was his opposite. But now he’s helping Ben. The crone is Scudders mother, and it appears that she killed her husband (and various other male family members) after Scudder was born. And she also appeared to try to kill our lovely Ben too, but then she gives him the dagger instead. And did she mention something about her husband starting ‘the clan’? Would that be the KKK? Worrying.

Ben finds a mask of his father’s face, a death mask his grandmother says. Henry Scudder is dead. Mangement says not so

Ruthie is still doing her Haley Joel Osmond impression, this time a black veiled figure following Sophie. (I think you might be right Alex ;) )

I think the clan was the order in Mexico, the one with the insignia, fat lot of help they were too.

Another wow! Can it really keep getting better and better each episode?

Those cousins of Ben really freaked me out, terrific stuff.

I presumed the references to 'the Clan' meant the KKK too.

Justin does seem ready to sacrifice Iris, but I'd find it hard to feel sorry for her as it was her that burned down the mission and killed the children.

My first thought at seeing Ruthie's ghost is that it was Appolonia too... something about the way she was standing. All very spooky. She's being haunted by Lodz, and now Appolonia. I can understand Lodz as Ben used him to bring back Ruthie, but why can she see Appolonia?

Loved the scene with the death mask too, and I was also convinced Granny was about to have a go at Ben with the knife.

So much going on, and so many threads to tie up. I don't like to be wishing my week away, but roll on Sunday!

Andrew :yahoo:

All I can say is you won't be disappointed and then you will have to watch it all over again
