After she is relieved of her post aboard, Deep Space Nine, Kira tries to expose the leaders of the terrorist group known as 'The Circle.'

More of the same really.

I know some aren't fans of Kira but another episode in which I enjoyed her part. Can't think of too much else atm :)

Some good stuff in this one. The scenes where the DS9 crew come to say their goodbyes to Kira are amusing, and love all the scenes in the monastery.

It's fun to find that the Cardassians are funding The Circle in a roundabout way!

Loved the 'goodbye' scene. Other than that, this one seems like a filler episode, which to be fair, it is. I think this was the first time Star Trek had done a trilogy.

Hmm, none of you are particularly enamoured with this one then? I loved it! I guess enough years have passed since I last saw it to cloud my memory and make it feel fresh. Enough happens in it to make it feel more than filler, to me, and there are plenty of developments plot wise.

Love the opening scene in Kira's quarters, very well written. I especially liked Bashir's reaction to the "dull" comments that weren't even aimed at him, and at Quark's "small" gift

Could've sworn at one point that Sisko was going to speak to Admiral Chakotay (only to turn the subtitles on and find it was Chekote  ).

Kira's encounter with the orb was intriguing, her kidnap slightly bemusing until we find out why. The rescue sequence didn't seem to last nearly as long as I remembered it and, along with Li's rescue in the previous episode, our crew seem to be developing an alarming habit of not watching their backs

Learning that the Cardassians are providing The Circle with weapons was a minor surprise, and goes some way to explaining their reaction to Li's rescue.

The final scene between Winn and Jaro is quite worrying. All goes to show you shouldn't trust a woman with the Sydney Opera House on her head :snooty:
