Alicia Baker (from season 3's "Obsession") is back and claims she is cured, but can Clark afford to take a chance and trust her?

Testing the water here to see how many people want to do this :)
There will be spoilers, obviously ;)
I thought this was a really good episode. For a start it was great to see the lovely Sarah Carter back on the show, but the episode started to examine some aspects of the characters' relationships that had been bubbling away in the background for a while now.
I was discussing the changes that have been made in season 4 with Karen a while back and she hit on a very good point, that these characters are going to want to start exploring their sexuality sooner or later, and both Lana and Clark get to do that here. There's the usual moralising from other characters, particularly Chloe and Martha, but on the whole I think they managed to carry it off pretty well.
The Lex/Lionel relationship is my favourite part of the show, and I'm finding the direction they're taking it in this year very interesting. They've built it up to such a point that I don't have a clue to whether or not to believe Lionel.
Good stuff, and quite a poignant ending
A shame it was immediately ruined by the trailer for next week's episode <_<

The Lionel change is pretty confusing isn't it. And do we know who got him out of prison yet? Did I blink and miss that bit?
