I was thinking of buying the soundtrack and was just wondering whether or not it's worth it.

It's good. But if you don't like instrumental pieces I would give it a miss. 20/25 of the songs are instrumental only. I like them, but I guess it wouldn't be everyones kind of thing.

I like instrumental pieces of music.
Does it have the song called A Place Called Home on it cause I watched A Hole In The World and I liked it. It fit the scene well.

Yep, it has a place called home on it, makes me teary just to listen to the song! The other singing pieces it has are Christian Kane - LA song, Lorne - Lady Marmalade & It's not easy being green, and a song from Lonely hearts (can't remember what it's called).

I just listened to the main theme tune and I was wondering if that was the one used in the episode Sanctuary or if it's just a name of a group or something like that.

I bought this the other week and it's pretty much constantly playing in my room at the moment. The instrumental pieces really help my concentration when I'm studying (probably cos I can't stop everything and start singing :rolleyes: ) and I love the 5 songs at the end- especially Touched and A Place Called Home. I've been waking up to Sanctury everyday this week...set it as my alarm and it puts me in a good mood all day.
Good buy, as Ria said, if you like score music. :)

I saw it in HMV on Sunday and very nearly bought it....wish I had now :ermm:
The song that Lorne sings......'It aint easy being green'........its not the one originally done by Kermit the frog is it :x

I listened to it all the way through the other day and I really liked it. Especially the last five songs they get stuck in my head so easily.
Maybe there should be a second album of all the songs sung by the cast of Angel, eg, Cordy, Wes and Gunn singing We Are The Champions or Connor and Angel singing Jasmine.

I really love the album, (wont go into details cos I acciedentally spent about half an hour yesterday writing a review for it on amazon!) I especially like the extended theme tune and touched. I like score music already, but even if someone didnt like it i'm sure it would grow on them! I really hope they do another one though, i'm hoping for Lorne singing superstition!
