so far i have loved season 5. i thinks its one of the best Angel seasons. But...

My god, i loved most of the episdoe and then...

I'm in complete agreement. It couldn't have ended better. Loved every second of that episode.

Closure always seems to tie things up too nicely in TV, so I'm glad Angel ended the way it did.
Edited to add:
If it had ended with Angel & co winning OR losing, would it not still leave you without closure?
If they won - yay - the defeat the bad guys - until the next one comes along - and the next, and the next.......
If they lose - boo - they die, bad things continue happening and someone else will take up the fight
Not sure if I am making sense now, but I know what I wanted to say :lol:

yea, it is growing on me. i just rewatched it and yea, i think it maybe was a good way to end.
i would have liked to see Angel fighting a dragon though!

am totally with you on this, major lack of closure , and do you think everyone in LA might of noticed a frickin dragon flying round and some sort of giant troll? weird
i was grossly upset by the ending which included shouting at the tv and probably scaring the neighbours. i watched it again last night and still left me pissed of that it just ended. why do most people love it and think it was amazing? arnt you people slightly annoyed at the cliff-hangerness of it considering there are to be no more episodes EVER!!!!! :no: :cry: :mad:
i know its all a matter of personal opinion but i thought it was spectacular cack and could have ended so much better

I can't express in words how much i hated it when i watched it the first time, i'm talking about the ending of course. But after watching it a few more times, i've come to love the episode,this way you can decide how everything planned out yourself. :)
