The clips of Dr Who that have been shown on the news etc. contain that quote.

I think it originally came from the trailer for the new series that was out on the BBC site last December, and was on TV on January 1st :)

Am I sad for sitting in watching brakfast, listening to Natasha Kaplinski wittering on and on about something she obviously knew nothing about, purely to tape what amounted to 11 minutes of interview footage and rehashed bits of the trailer?
