Lets see, its a film directed by Richard Donner, its from a book written by Micheal Crighton and produced by one of the people behind the x-men. It should be a classic.

[COLOR=red]It Isn't!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The basis behind the film is a good one and it can be argued that actually for the most part it is well directed but it is also very very rushed. Miss 5 mins and you wont have a clue what is going on!!!

The acting is not particulary inspiring with the noteable exception of BILLY CONNOLLY who shows what a fine actor he actually is, especailly for a comedian.

The ending is predictable and the discussion about altering the time line irrelevant as it is obvious from the word go that what they are doing is what had to be done anyway.

Its watchable and probably recommended best for insomniacs like me.

SFX magazine gave it ** and I think for once that is about right.
