A bit anti-climatic after the last episode, but it was still a good enough ep, and quite upsetting at times.
In my mind this one only suffers by being placed after In the Shadow of Z'ha'dum. It's a fantastically understated little episode, with some wonderful character moments, especially between Delenn and Sheridan. And bonus marks for the brave decision to go down the un-Trek route with the eventual outcome.
Jim Norton who plays the Markab doctor also played Ombuds Wellington in a few episodes of the first season ;)
Frankly I think I've seen this story a huindred times. Ignorant people too dominated by religion/superstition. Still, as James rightly points out, at least the dealt with it in a realistic manner. If it were Trek Bones would have come up with a cure in the final minute. "My God Jim. I think I can cure a rainy day" The fina scene is quite disturbing.
Make note to myself. Never accept a dinner invitation from Delenn :)
