| We see life on Babylon 5 through the eyes of ISN, supplemented by interviews, statistics and even a few commercials. |

Novel perspective on an interesting story. That probably won't be the last time that B5 is in the middle of the conflict between the Narns and the Centauri.
@ the Psycorp advert

I loved this ep and the psicorp ad still makes me giggle.
I love the little floating cameras :D I wish they were real :toomuchtv:

One of my favourite episodes of the season :)
I'm aware that the idea isn't completely original (I think an episode of M*A*S*H did it previously), but it allows us to see what could be another stock 'Narn/Centauri war' episode in a completely different light.
Again, what I love the most are the little factoids that kept on appearing - like a 23rd century Pop-up Video :), and of course the ubitiquous Psi-corps advert. And they seem such a nice bunch too...
What is also interesting is the little hints about things going on 'at home' - seems this new President is tolerating B5, and w**king on a more xenphobic Earth....
Finally, I have to applaud them for getting in Delvientos from 'By Any Means Necessary' back in for a little interview - it's nice to see them using a familiar character where they could well have dressed up any old extra :)

When I first watched this episode I was impressed by having a new take on the story. As Phillip says, MASH had done it before but I'd completely forgotten that. This seemed such a fresh way of doing things.

One of MASH's finest episodes as well

The advert is class
"Look Mom, a Psi-cop" :)

quiet good episode (the tv idea was also done by x-files  and ER :ermm: )
great advert
we learn a little about what earth think of babylon 5 and the plot is moving nicely (not in a good direction for some aliens but still  ), we saw more of the official attitude of the ambassador when it comes to talk to the press (apart for the vorlon usual hiding attitude)

Fairly sure B5 did And Now For A Word before The X-Files did X-Cops. Not sure about the ER one though.

iirc, doctor greene was still around (it was around the time he got robbed and beat up or something like that)

Can't say as I've really watched that much ER. Either way, it's a fairly old plot vehicle so I don't think any of them can claim originality
Still, good though.

That would place the ER episode in 1997. And Now For A Word aired in 1994
