Title: Poor Patrick Stewart....

Phillip Culley - January 31, 2005 11:17 PM (GMT)
From Trek Today:

QUOTE
contactmusic.com reports that Patrick Stewart (Picard) said he cried when he noticed Star Trek Nemesis on television and watched it with his girlfriend, becoming nostalgic because it was "our last movie."

I cried when I saw Nemesis on TV, but for altogether different reasons :)

Maybe he was crying because he was so embarrassed by it, so instead of telling the truth he made up that BS instead!

Warning, a controversial viewpoint follows:

I actually like Nemesis. IMHO it's better than Generations and certainly better than Insurrection. I know some people think that Shinzon isn't a good baddy and acts like a spoiled brat, but I like him.

Please don't let them include any scenes with the Crusherspawn in them : :fear:

Crichton Kicks - February 2, 2005 06:35 PM (GMT)
They're saving them for the special edition

And anything else I can think of later.

Crichton Kicks - February 2, 2005 07:53 PM (GMT)
I hear that every copy of the Nemesis SE comes complete with a compimentary sick bag and pillow....

Steve - February 2, 2005 08:09 PM (GMT)
A sick bag??? A pillow??? :lmao:

A little unfair perhaps! I thought Nemesis was pretty good, but still miles away from the best-First Contact.

Crichton Kicks - February 2, 2005 08:13 PM (GMT)
It bored me tbh Steve. Taking into account that they knew this was the TNG gang's last movie, it should have been so much more than a rehashed TWOK plot
