G'Kar struggles to control the Narns on Babylon 5 as he asks the different ambassadors for help in the war against the Centauri. Ivanova shows a representative from a new species around the station, so he may decide if humans are worthy of their presence.

Great episode. Good to see the growing disharmony on B5 and G'kar's efforts to gain aid. I take it he was crying when he left Sheridan (got it right this time ;) ) and Delenn's company? To start with though, it sounded like he was laughing.

I felt a bit sorry for Londo in this ep, sounds like he misses his old life.

And :lmao: :lmao: at Ivanova having "sex" with that alien bloke.

I thought that's how you did it

Don't tell me women have been lying to me all these years. :ermm:

I remember an episode of the Simpsons where they had a directors commentary for The Postman, where he says 'I'm sorry. I'm REALLY sorry.' I think JMS should do that for the Boom-shubba-lubba scene :) It was funny when you first saw it, and then it's one of thoise cringeworthy moments...

However, that aside this is quite a superb episode, even if nothing of consequence really happens (aside from G'Kar establishging his power). And is that a rare appearance of Na'Toth here? :)

One final thought, does anyone else find the squeaky-voiced Narn at the beginning very out of place for that species?

That's the first scene in my rewatch that I've skipped through, it's so cringe-inducing <<shudder>>

Apart from that this is an excellent episode. Again, AK is superb. The scene that Michelle mentioned, where he thanks Sheridan and Delenn with such dignity and holds himself together just long enough to get out of their sight - wonderful :tear:

I also love the scenes between Garibaldi and Londo. JMS walks that tightrope where he could easily have fallen over and made Londo unsympathetic, but he doesn't and that's pretty impressive

The opening effects sequence is brilliant - an act of sacrifice indeed :)

Nothing involving Claudia Christian can be cringe inducing as far as I'm concerned :D
