As I've explained before I tried Farscape but my enthusiasm died after what I thought was a very poor start to s2. I do have a vague intention of maybe giving it another go in the future so I don't want extreme details but I flicked on to the Peacekeeper wars tonight while channel hopping. Now as I understand it at the end of S4 John and Aeryn got killed (no details known) so I was wondering in general terms what the premise for the miniseries was? - is it set before their death or was their death a con?

No Neil, their deaths were real. The Pk wars is set a couple of months after the season 4 finale. I won't say any more, in case you do give it another go :)
