Randy, currently known to Trekkers for playing the Xindi Primate Degra.

An interesting fact, or so I thought; Degra is actually Randy's fifth role within the Trek universe, it's not even his first ENTERPRISE appearance !!

He's also appeared in and as;

DS9 - Ah-Kel / Ro-Kel - Vortex (1993)

DS9 - Silaran - The Darkness and the Light (1997)

Voyager - Kir - Counterpoint (1998)

Enterprise - Trina'L - Unexpected (2001)

Enterprise - Degra - The Xindi (2003)

A shame he never appeared in TNG, then he'd have appeared in every incarnation of 'Modern' Trek, a true stalwart.

His role of Degra has been superb IMO, as far as guest starring roles go (exluding Jeff Combs for obvious reasons) he's easily the best since Casey Biggs's performance as Damar on DS9.

With a name like that he sounds like a porn star :)

Strange - apart from his role(s) in Vortex I can't place him at all on screen - nice to see him finally getting a memorable role!

LOL

Wonder if that's just a screen name ?? ;)

Agree on the other point. I was completely surprised to learn that he'd even played another part in Trek, let alone another four. Might have to have a scan back at some point.

Tucker Smallwood's another member of the council who's a genre verteran, appearing both on B5 and more prominently in Space Above & Beyond.

Five days to go now, fingers crossed everyone.

And of course, when watching Unexpected today I saw him - and it retrospect I wonder just how I could miss him he's so obvious :)
